How To Make Baked Turkey Burgers In The Oven

  1. Preheat the oven and prep your pan. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking pan with tin foil for easy clean-up.
  2. Combine the ingredients. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, relish, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and spinach. Using your hands, mix until combined.
  3. Form the turkey patties. Using your hands, divide the meat into 4ths. Form patties, pushing the center in just a little to prevent the patty from being mounded once cooked. Place patties onto the baking pan.
